Please follow these simple steps to order your legacy test grading.
Step 1 - Fill out the form below completely. We will use your company name to locate your original order.
Step 2 - E mail a scanned copy of your test(s) to mark@mainttest.com for grading
Step 4 - Click the "Submit" button on the bottom of the form. You will be taken to the PayPal web site to make payment for your grading services. Once payment has been received and we have received the test, you will receive the results within about 3 business days.
